Bio: From Evansville, IN., Chef Bill graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America with his "Associate and Bachelor" degrees and he received his Master's degree from Northern Arizona University. In the past few years Chef Bill became interested in a Plant-Based Food Lifestyle. He believes obesity is caused from over-eating and the reason why our society has a vast amount of obese and unhealthy people. Chef BilI says, "I want to help people make a change and by doing so I guarantee they will get healthy and lose weight in the process. I believe I can help make their transition easier."
